Perkins Foss
Perkins Foss had a prominent presence at the 4th Annual Conference. The memories of his late mother were honoured by the Urhobo London community at the Opening Ceremeny. He chaired a session of the academic presentations and was a lead participant in the Youth Forum. At the Closing Ceremony, Perkins Foss and his his wife, Catherine, were especially feted by the Urhobo Community in London in recognition of his longstanding friendship for Urhobos and his studies of Urhobo art forms. Perkins Foss holds a chieftaincy title from Evwreni.

Perkins Foss bears a chieftaincy title and honour of Evwreni. Here he displays the fan on which is engraved his title, Oyiboredjo, Unugbedjo of Evwreni.
Speaking on behalf of the Urhobo community in the United Kingdom and Europe, Mr. Ejiro Ughwujabo commiserates with Chief Perkins Foss for the loss of his mother since his attendance at the 3rd UHS Annual Conference in London, November 2002.
