Now in his late nineties, with impaired eye-sight, Chief L. U. Ighomrore is gingerly led to the awards stand by his children and grandchildren at Ovu Grammar School.

Chief T. Onoge, President of Uvwie Union, and other Uvwie leaders proudly escort their famous aged kinsman, Chief L. U. Ighomrore, to the awards platform. His children and grandchildren follow behind him.
