HAIL JEHOVAH AND JESUS CHRIST!

On this historic and auspicious occasion of the installation of the President of God’s Kingdom Society, Brother Oseghale Emmanuel Aighalua and other Principal Officers of God’s Kingdom Society, the Church of the Living God, the GKS Women Fellowship Worldwide joins all people of goodwill to thank God Almighty and His beloved Son Jesus Christ for their abundant mercies on us.

To the President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Treasurer and Trustees and indeed the entire Church, we say CONGRATULATIONS.  Surely this is the day the Lord has made; we shall be glad and rejoice in it. – Psalm 118:24.

We also most wholeheartedly congratulate the Chairman of the outgoing Executive Board, Brother M. O. Iwoh and other members of the Board for the courage, honesty and faithfulness with which they piloted the affairs of the Church since 1997 by the grace of God.  You have indeed proved yourselves to be faithful stewards in the Lord’s vineyard in keeping with the words of Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 4:1-2, For the four years we have no president, the Executive Board under the chairmanship of Brother M. O. Iwoh by the grace of God waded through the turbulent era fearlessly and without respect of persons as they fought for the cause of truth and righteousness.  At different occasions you faced misrepresentations and various persecutions from within and without, but God Almighty granted the Church victory by his grace. During this period, the Church has been the target of derision and ridicule from ignorant people some of who even boasted that the GKS can never have a President and she cannot elect key officers peacefully. With the appointment of principal officers in our beloved Organisation the GKS and their installation today, the mouths of gainsayers has been stopped (Titus 1:10-11) Glory be to God who has given us victory.  (1 Corinthians 15:57) We are indeed filled with inexpressible joy.

With humility in the Lord, the Women Fellowship Committee on behalf of all Sisters of GKS worldwide, enjoin you in the Lord to be courageous, fearless and to stand on the side of righteousness at all times without respect of persons.  We commend to you the words of the prophet Moses to Joshua: “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success… Be strong and of a good courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee withersoever thou goest.” (Joshua 1:8-9)  Also St. Paul exhorted: “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.  Let all your things be done with charity” – 1 Corinthians 16:13-14.

The GKS Women Fellowship hereby declares her faith in God Almighty and His beloved Son Christ Jesus and in their holy Organisation the God’s Kingdom Society, “the pillar and ground of the truth.” (1 Timothy 3:15).

We pledge out loyalty to the President, Brother Oseghale Emmanuel Aighalua and the entire Executive Board as the visible instruments in the hand of God who owns the Kingdom and is directing its affairs by His grace.  (Daniel 2:44;  Isaiah 60:22, etc)  We shall continue to play our part in the Lord’s work for our own blessings and salvation.

Once again on behalf of the Women Fellowship Worldwide, we congratulate you our President and other members of the Executive Board and pray God Almighty to guide and strengthen you and your team of ministers in the onerous task of leadership in God’s Organisation by His grace.  Amen.
