Thanks for your thoughts.

President Obasanjo's letter was both militaristic and condescending.

We can only hope that the Bayelsa Governor's response will be SO COMPREHENSIVE and UNCOMPROMISING as to lay down the full reasons why the Obasanjo letter was unwelcome, and that there are more fundamental problems in Bayelsa and the Niger-Delta Region that are not being addressed. Those who have Alamieyeseigha's ear - or who have the ear of those who have his ears - must ensure that this opportunity to put a marker down with respect to State/Federal rights is not lost.
